✦ Mechatok

As a teenager living on the outskirts of Munich studying classical guitar, Timur Tokdemir began to explore club culture on his trips to Berlin, which ultimately led him down to a different path. Rather than pursuing a career in classical music, Tokdemir relocated to Berlin and released his first EP “See Thru" that put him on the radar of the international electronic music scene. Starting out with collaborations with Yung Lean and Palmistry he soon had amassed a catalogue of euphoric, minimal pop nuggets. After touring the States, Asia, South America and Europe even before he hit the age 21, Tokdemir materialized his unique style in earnest on 2018’s stark All My Time, released on Lorenzo Senni’s Presto!? imprint to wide acclaim. With brightly colored synths and only a whisper of percussion, it advanced Senni’s template and pushed it into further corners of the globe, touching on dancehall and other global pop sounds. The following years he continued his exploration of new angles on pop and electronica by putting out undeniably catchy collaborations with Bladee and Ecco2K, video-game soundtracks such as 2020”s “Defective Holiday" and mixes that all make use of his unmistakable handwriting. In the end of 2021 Mechatok released a collaborative album with Bladee, followed by a remix album that featured Charli XCX, Evian Christ and more.

✦ Debit

As a producer and composer, Delia Beatriz drifts seamlessly from avant-garde and drone modes into experimental dance music without hesitation. As a DJ, her selections burn the unmistakable swing of Latin club music into ironclad techno frameworks. Her debut album “Animus” was released in 2018 by Mexico City collective N.A.A.F.I., and wove pneumatic club sounds with melancholy ambience, receiving acclaim from FACT, Resident Advisor and Noisey. While she was studying a graduate degree in Music Technology at NYU, Beatriz assembled her most defining statement to date, “System”. This EP solidified the duality of her unique approach, reconstructing tribal guarachero music using sounds snatched from industrial techno. “System” was universally acclaimed, and placed prominently on year end lists at FACT, Pitchfork and Resident Advisor. In February 2022, Debit released album “The Long Count”, an ambitious electro-acoustic tome that delves into the past to peer into the future, which was deemed Global Album of the Month by The Guardian. Using research she made into Mayan wind instruments, Beatriz developed digital instruments and harnessed machine learning to compose music that feels completely out of time. The album was released on legendary British imprint Modern Love.

✦ Celes

Celes is an artist who lives in New York. From enigmatic and technically uplifting rave performances to crushing drone and synthetic machinations, her musical works serves to convey beautiful and emotional release, through the reigning in and channeling of chaotic entities. Prioritizing connection via feminity and queerness, her work has been platformed by major channels and publications in the experimental underground. Her next album “Café” is forthcoming on Club Paradiso.

✦ DJ Serene

DJ Serene is whatever it urges to be—perpetually taking on new forms in the belief that everything is and will always be in flux.

✦ Otis

Otis is the founder of Slagwerk, a Brussels-based label notorious for their parties, bringing together the ever-surprising stretches of contemporary music – its history includes Amnesia Scanner, Aïsha Devi, Oli XL, Lee Gamble, Varg2TM, Rabit, Abyss X and M.E.S.H. – and a delight in the many faces of club, never disconnected from the families it fosters. Having had the opportunity to play around Europe in clubs such as De School (Amsterdam), Macao (Milan) and Trauma Bar (Berlin), supporting the likes of Yves Tumor, Endgame, Malibu, Bladee and Swan Meat and appear on radio platforms including NTS Radio (London), Red Light Radio (Amsterdam), Rinse France (Paris), Otis’ sets each seem an inspired and heterogeneous take on that sublime desire to simultaneously keep up and let go.
